Jessie Garcia is a native of San Jose California and is no stranger to the paranormal world. He is known as a Skeptical Believer for very good reasons. Although he believes in the supernatural, he knows there are many natural explanations for why things happen.

His journey started when he was 5 years old living in a house that was enchanted by the supernatural. Stories and teachings of ghosts, legends and other heavenly beings, shared by his grandmother, as well as a strong family background in spirituality, gave curiosity to what has become Jessie’s lifelong search for the unknown. However, it wasn’t until his brother passed away that his general interest turned into a need for answers. “I was lying on my bed the night my brother passed with my eyes closed. As I opened my eyes he was standing not 3 feet from my face. Looking at me …telling me he could see again. My brother was blind. I stared at him for what seemed like 4 to 5 seconds before he disappeared. I then knew that my search had begun.”—Jessie Garcia

During his nearly 8 years in the mainstream, Jessie joined different organizations and teams trying to find the right fit. Eventually, he decided the best course of action for his quest was to start his own team. In 2008, Jessie became the Founder and Lead Investigator for Xtreme Hauntings Live; a successful web-based show that streamed online for 2 years on various channels. After the show’s demise, Jessie kept the name going with a slight twist changing the “Live” to “Paranormal” thus Xtreme Hauntings Paranormal (XHP) came to life. After a 6 year run with XHP he decided to move forward once again and brought together some very dedicated individuals to help him assist others in their quests for knowledge in the paranormal world.

Through networking with other teams and individuals nationwide, Jessie has become well-known and respected in the field as well as with his own team. His latest creation ( San Jose Paranormal ) is often called upon to help clients who fear they may be dealing with something paranormal.
